Chaugachha, Keshabpur, Monirampur and Sadar Upazilas are selected target as a project target area. Field activities are targeted all areas excluding paurasavas because project planned to work through Upazila Health Complexes.

The target population is 16,44,980 (male-829,719 and female-815,261) who stayed in 389,152 dwellings. Here direct beneficiaries is 129,555. But indirectly 149,000 people are expected to be benefited from the project.
